A regular programme of activities takes place each week in Wallingford, Didcot and the surrounding villages, together with a wide range of social activities to suit all tastes.

Small Group Activities

A number of smaller groups meet at various times throughout the week. These include prayer meetings, Bible studies, social groups and house groups. Please contact the church office for more details.

Alpha at Ridgeway

Ridgeway Community Church hosts regular sessions of the popular "Alpha" course which offers an introduction to Christianity. We would encourage you to come along, particularly if you are interested in finding out more about Christianity or if you have become a Christian recently. Courses at Ridgeway run at various times throughout the year with sessions in the evening or in the daytime. If we cannot offer one convenient to your availability then we seek to ensure that courses offered by other local churches are available to you at different times.

The Marriage Course

Ridgeway also offers the successful "Marriage Course" which seeks to help couples build strong marriages. All married couples are welcome to attend whether Christian or not; the course is not especially aimed at Christians or those of a particular age group. It takes place over a series of evenings including a meal and video presentation. There are no group discussions; everything is kept private between each couple. Counselling is, of course, available if required.
