The Young People at Ridgeway are encouraged to take an active part in the fellowship. The groups cover those of secondary school age and include Bible studies, multimedia, music, drama and art.

Young People's activities take place during the second half of the main sunday morning meeting and there is also the "Cite" young people's meeting regularly on a Sunday evening as well as other activities.

The Ridgeway Community Church child protection policy also covers the young people and all leaders and helpers are CRB checked through CCPAS.
